Sparta Consulting Successfully Implements SAP(R) Customer Relationship 
Management and Billing for the Metropolitan Utilities

AUSTIN, TX and OMAHA, NE -- (Marketwired) -- 08/13/13 --  Sparta
Consulting, a KPIT Cummins company, and the Metropolitan Utilities
District (M.U.D.) today announced the successful go-live of a new and
comprehensive customer information system. The SAP(R) applications
involved in the project included SAP Customer Relationship Management
and Billing for Utilities, SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Business
Communications Management, and SAP BusinessObjects(TM) Business
Intelligence software. All the software was implemented successfully
and will help set M.U.D. on an unremitting path to excellence. 
Sparta and M.U.D. teams reached resounding success by improving
operational efficiency and effectiveness, and setting up an
infrastructure to enable innovation and growth in the near future in
areas such as smart metering and customer enablement. This was
accomplished through collaboration between M.U.D. and Sparta, tight
organizational alignment, executive leadership governance, extensive

groups involved.
