announced that Gary Quinn, president and chief executive officer (CEO), was
elected to the company's board of directors on August 8, 2013. Quinn's
election to the board follows his appointment as President and CEO on July 23,

Officer). Previously, Quinn was interim CEO and prior to that he was chief
operating officer after serving as the vice president of sales and marketing
