Scott Blacker has 15 years of product management experience focused on helping marketers better understand their customers. As vice president of Product Management, Blacker is charged with driving Resonate’s growth through defining, executing against, and bringing to market the company’s portfolio of Media and Analytics products. Blacker joins Resonate from Verint, where he was senior director of Product Management. While at Verint, he was responsible for the company’s flagship Vovici product line, which lets marketers, analysts, and researchers gain deep insight into their customers. Previously, Kiblin has held leadership positions at Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks (acquired by Nortel), International Network Services (acquired by Lucent), Village Networks, YDI/Proxim Wireless and PCCW Global.
