and Management ( SIAM ) - Managing the new wave of IT Ecosystem ". The awards
were given away at a glittering ceremony at the Le Meridien, Bangalore.

ITSM 2013 received author intent submissions by professionals from numerous
global companies across industries and sectors to compete for the awards at
the conference. After detailed paper evaluation rounds by internal technical
review committee, a subset of these submissions was shortlisted for
presentation at the conference.
