Prologis Concludes Prologis North American Industrial Fund III

Prologis Concludes Prologis North American Industrial Fund III

PR Newswire

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 7, 2013

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the
leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today
announced the conclusion of Prologis North American Industrial Fund III. The
fund was structured as an 80 / 20 equity partnership with Lehman Brothers
Holdings Inc. and included a portfolio of 82 properties across the United
States totaling 17.7 million square feet.

The assets of the fund were sold in two transactions, the first of which was a
third-party sale, which included 64 properties totaling 9.5 million square
feet in Reno, Nevada. In the second transaction, Prologis acquired a
stabilized, Class-A portfolio of 18 properties totaling 8.1 million square
feet in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Las Vegas,
Nevada. Occupancy of the portfolio acquired by Prologis was 95.4 percent as of
July 31, 2013.

"The acquisition of these 18 high-quality assets is in line with our stated
objective of expanding our platform within our existing markets through
proprietary opportunities," said Mike Curless, chief investment officer,
Prologis. "The sale of the assets in Reno and Redding further supports our
portfolio realignment strategy and rationalizes a fund that we have identified
as non-strategic to our investment management business."
