Quebecor Inc. Announces Stock Split 
MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/07/13 -- On August 7, 2013,
the Board of Directors of Quebecor Inc. (the "Corporation") approved
a two-for-one stock split of the Corporation's outstanding Class A
Multiple Voting Shares and Class B Subordinate Voting Shares.
Accordingly, shareholders will receive one additional share for each
share owned on the record date of August 14, 2013, subject to
approval of regulatory filings with the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Trading on the shares on a split basis will commence at the opening
of business on August 16, 2013.
