GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® official attempt at largest fruit sculpture celebrates
launch of Orange Julius in Dairy Queen stores across Canada; helps raise funds
         for Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation and flood relief

CALGARY, Alberta -- August 6, 2013

On Tuesday, August 13, renowned fruit sculptor Shawn Feeney will create a ten
foot tall fruit tree on Stephen Avenue using over 1,200 pieces of pineapple,
orange, strawberry, peach and mango in an attempt by Orange Julius to set a
GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® title for largest fruit sculpture. At the same time,
Orange Julius smoothie experts will be busy blending 4,000 Strawberry Premium
Fruit Smoothies to be distributed free to the public in exchange for donations
to Children’s Miracle Network®, and its local partner, Alberta Children’s
Hospital Foundation, and the Canadian Red Cross in support of Alberta flood
relief. Money raised will be equally divided between both charities. Olympic
medalist curler Cheryl Bernard will also be on hand to greet fans and cheer on
the record attempt.
