(Chesterfield, MO) announced today that its Hohmann & Barnard, Inc. subsidiary (Hauppauge, NY) had completed the purchase of the assets of Astoria, NY-based RKL Building Specialties Company. Hohmann & Barnard, Inc. (“H & B”) is the world's largest manufacturer of reinforcing products, anchoring and flashing systems, vapor barriers and restoration products for masonry construction.
