BERLIN & MUNICH -- August 5, 2013

As part of a strategic partnership, the music streaming service JUKE, a brand
of 24-7 Entertainment and a subsidiary of Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH, is
cooperating with mobilcom-debitel a German telco and mobile network retailer
with more than 14 million customers. From now on, as part of a bundled deal,
new customers of mobilcom-debitel will be able to select the mobilcom-debitel
‘MusicFlat powered by JUKE’ subscription service which includes a package of
voice, text and data, plus, unlimited access to over 20 million songs.
Alternatively, new customers can also enjoy the vast JUKE library for a
nominal fee, simply by adding the ‘MusicFlat powered by JUKE’ tariff to their
contract to receive JUKE at 10% less than the street price.

With ‘MusicFlat powered by JUKE’, songs stored and collected in the myJUKE
library section and/or saved under personal playlists can be accessed both on
and offline. Each track is rendered in the Dolby Pulse format which delivers
high sound quality combined with low data and low storage consumption.

The MusicFlat tariff powered by JUKE costs €24.99 per month and includes 50
free minutes on any German network, at least 3,000 texts and up to 500 MB of
data with a maximum bandwidth and maximum speed of up to 7.2 Mbit/s. The
tariff can be chosen with any one of the four German network operators
(Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, O2 and E-Plus) and has a minimum contract
duration of 24 months. All new customers can also add the MusicFlat option
powered by JUKE to any mobilcom-debitel tariff for only €8.99 per month.

Unlimited music at the push of a button

JUKE is available as a free app on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. As a
result, not only do mobilcom-debitel customers have an impressive range of
music titles to choose from, they also have a wide selection of end devices at
their fingertips. Additionally, since JUKE is browser based on computers, it
is incredibly user-friendly. Another attractive feature about JUKE is the
Windows 8 app for PCs and tablets.

“We are pleased to continue expanding JUKE’s European network with such a
great and innovative partner as mobilcom-debitel. The strategic partnership
will allow mobilcom-debitel to offer their customers a fantastic added-value
service and the opportunity to introduce even more music enthusiasts in
Germany to JUKE”, said Frank Taubert, CEO of JUKE’s parent company, 24-7
Entertainment GmbH and co-founder of JUKE. “As of today, customers of
mobilcom-debitel will have access to one of the world’s largest music
libraries at particularly attractive rates.”

Rickmann von Platen, the Managing Director of mobilcom-debitel GmbH, is also
happy about the cooperation: “With JUKE we can add a product to our digital
lifestyle portfolio which will enrich the everyday mobile lives of our
customers. Our new MusicFlat subscription, which we were able to realise in
its current form thanks to JUKE, provides a comfortable all-inclusive offer
which all of our audiophile customers can enjoy.”

The mobilcom-debitel MusicFlat subscription is available now at all
mobilcom-debitel shops, in Media Markt and Saturn stores and in specialist
retailers, and it will also be available online in the near future.
