Customer management expert, Joris Höppener, to lead Singapore Sales Centre

SINGAPORE -- July 24, 2013

ServiceSource® (NASDAQ: SREV), the global leader in Recurring Revenue
Management, today announced that it has appointed Joris Höppener as its Sales
Centre head for Singapore. Höppener will manage the day-to-day operations of
the centre, which serves global technology leaders including Polycom and Red

Höppener joined ServiceSource in August 2012, and was previously responsible
for supporting customers in Asia Pacific and Japan as Sales Director. In his
new role, Höppener will continue to drive renewal and service revenue for
ServiceSource’s clients through deployments of Renew OnDemand, the only cloud
application built specifically to increase recurring revenue, and industry
leading managed services. Under Höppener’s leadership, the Singapore centre,
which currently employs more than 250 people, plans to grow significantly by
the end of the year.

Previously, Höppener served on the Executive Committee of one of the largest
System Integrators in Benelux, Ordina, where he was responsible for the
Business Solutions Division. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science
and in Financial Economics, and participated in a one-year post-graduate Japan
program from the Dutch government to learn Japanese language and culture.
Joris is a Dutch national, and speaks fluent Dutch, English and Japanese.
