Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) plans to hold a conference call on Thursday,
August 1, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time) to discuss
its third quarter fiscal year 2013 financial results. The company expects to
file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 with the Securities and
