Special Diversified Opportunities Inc. (formerly known as Strategic
Diagnostics Inc.) (the “Company”), today announced that its common stock began
trading, as of yesterday, on the OTCQB Market under the ticker symbol “SDIX” .
Investors will be able to view the Real Time Level II stock quotes for “SDIX”
at The Company does, however,
expect to change its ticker symbol in the near future.

The move to the OTCQB does not change the Company’s SEC reporting obligations
under applicable securities laws. Accordingly, the Company will continue to
file its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K and
Current Reports on Form 8-K.
