Salix Pharmaceuticals to Join S&P MidCap 400; Agree Realty and DXP Enterprises

NEW YORK, July 23, 2013

NEW YORK, July 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --S&P Dow Jones Indices will make the
following changes to the S&P MidCap 400 and SmallCap 600 indices after the
close of trading on Tuesday, July 30:

  oS&P SmallCap 600 constituent Salix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASD: SLXP) will
    replace Gardner Denver Inc. (NYSE: GDI) in the S&P MidCap 400, and Agree
    Realty Corp. (NYSE: ADC) will replace Salix Pharmaceuticals in the S&P
    SmallCap 600. Gardner Denver is being acquired by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts
    & Co. L.P. in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final
    conditions.
  oDXP Enterprises Inc. (NASD: DXPE) will replace True Religion Apparel Inc.
    (NASD: TRLG) in the S&P SmallCap 600. TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. is
    acquiring True Religion Apparel in a transaction expected to be completed
    soon pending final approvals.

Salix Pharmaceuticals acquires, develops, and commercializes prescription
drugs and medical devices used in the treatment of various gastrointestinal
diseases. Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, the company will be added to the S&P
MidCap 400 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Pharmaceuticals
Sub-Industry index.

Agree Realty, a real estate investment trust (REIT), engages in the ownership,
development, acquisition, and management of retail properties. Headquartered
in Farmington Hills, MI, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600
GICS Retail REITs Sub-Industry index.

DXP Enterprises is a products and service distributor. Headquartered in
Houston, TX, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Trading
Companies & Distributors Sub-Industry index.
