received USAA’s Strategic Supplier Excellence Award. The award was presented
at the strategic supplier recognition event at USAA headquarters in San
Antonio, Texas. Since 2007, TeleTech has provided member service support to
help the financial services leader deliver on its mission of providing
military personnel and their families with the financial services products and
exemplary service they deserve.

USAA has a commitment to member service that is one of a kind. They are
recognized as the Net Promoter Score® leader across the three major product
categories they offer: Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance and Banking. “USAA

TeleTech received the award for its 360-degree approach to instilling USAA’s
culture into its member experience centers. The program is based in part on
recruiting and hiring veterans and their families. TeleTech and USAA both have
active programs to recruit military veterans and their families. The program
also includes proactively instilling USAA/military culture within TeleTech
member experience centers, and extending support to veterans in our community.

needs and challenges of the USAA members they serve.” USAA customer experience
centers comprised 18 percent of TeleTech’s total veteran hires in 2012.
TeleTech plans to increase that number to 35 percent in 2013.
