After Successful Round of Financing, Mobile Recruiting Solutions Provider

JIBE, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for human capital
management and talent acquisition, announced today that it has strengthened
its executive team with the appointment of Jim Duddy as Senior Vice President
of Sales, and Alison Shurell as Chief Marketing Officer. Both positions are
based in JIBE’s New York City office. The appointments come on the heels of a
$10 million Series B round of financing announced in February 2013.
With mobile Internet usage expected to surpass desktop usage by 2014, and
research indicating that job seekers are increasingly using their smartphone
and tablet devices to search and apply for jobs, companies are working hard to
optimize their mobile recruiting practices to ensure the best candidate
experience. The appointments of Duddy and Shurell will help JIBE meet the
massive increase in demand for career site mobile optimization and SaaS-based
recruitment solutions at Global Fortune 1000 companies.

Jim Duddy brings 20 years experience selling within the human capital
management industry to his new role at JIBE. Most recently, he held the
position of Director of Search and Staffing for North America at LinkedIn
(NYSE: LNKD), where he spent more than six years. As one of the earliest
members of the LinkedIn sales team, Jim was instrumental in expanding the
company’s footprint into the Eastern US and Europe, helping to grow the
company in advance of its successful IPO in May 2011. For the past two years,
he led the effort to build out the Search and Staffing division of LinkedIn’s
Talent Solutions business, targeting the recruiting agency community. Prior to
LinkedIn, Jim spent 11 years in Sales with the Allegis Group, one of the
largest staffing agencies in the world.
Alison Shurell brings 17 years of corporate marketing experience, primarily in
the b2b software space, to JIBE. Before joining JIBE, Alison was Chief
Marketing Officer at Radisphere, a b2b SaaS company, where she built and led
the marketing strategy and function for the company. Prior to Radisphere, she
was Vice President of Product Marketing at Intralinks (NYSE: IL), a leading
b2b content sharing and collaboration software company where she led the
successful launch of the company's Life Sciences business, which contributed
to the company’s successful IPO in 2010. Before Intralinks, Alison held senior
marketing positions at KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) and Sterling Commerce (NYSE: IBM).
