  ILFC Delivers New Boeing 737-800 Aircraft to Okay Airways

LOS ANGELES -- July 16, 2013

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of
American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced today the delivery
of a new Boeing 737-800 to Tianjin-based Okay Airways Company Limited (Okay
Airways), which will allow the airline to expand services to meet the growing
demand within its flight route network.

The aircraft is powered by two CFM 56-7B26E engines and will operate on the
airline’s routes linking Tianjin with other major cities in China.
