INTL FCStone Inc. Prices Public Offering of $40 Million of Senior Notes Due
NEW YORK, July 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INTL FCStone Inc. (Nasdaq:INTL), a
financial services company that provides execution and advisory services in
commodities, currencies and securities, announced today that it priced an
underwritten public offering of $40 million aggregate principal amount of
8.50% senior notes due 2020. The underwriters have the option to purchase up
to an additional $6 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes within
30 days to cover over-allotments. The company intends to use the net proceeds
of the offering for general corporate purposes.
