Sagentia Group expands presence in oil & gas technical consultancy market

(“OTM”), an international technology management consultancy specializing in
the oil, gas and alternative energy sectors.
Founded in 1993 by Managing Director, Chris Dudgeon, who will remain with the
business as Managing Director, employs 35 professionals and is based in
Guildford, UK, with offices in Houston, USA and Dubai. The company has an
impressive global blue-chip customer base in the sector, including BP,
ConocoPhillips, Schlumberger, Shell and Statoil and provides services that
help operators and their suppliers to identify, commercialize and deploy new
OTM’s services cover four main areas: market intelligence, technology strategy
planning, technology commercialization and knowledge-sharing networks for
subsurface and deepwater operations.
The acquisition is expected to enable Sagentia to accelerate its development
in this identified growth market.
