TV/cable networks business, announced it will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite to
ring the Closing Bell today, Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 4:00 pm EDT.

To mark the occasion of Hemisphere's listing on the NASDAQ Global Market on
April 23, 2013, Hemisphere’s Chief Executive Officer, Alan Sokol, joined by
other members of the Hemisphere team, will ring the closing bell.
