Genmark Automation Inc., a leading developer and supplier of tool and factory

today announced that Mike Klayko has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Klayko is currently CEO of MKA Capital, an investment company focusing on
technology. Previously he was President and CEO of Brocade Communications
Systems, Inc., a multinational technology company specializing in data and
storage networking products. Additionally, Mr. Klayko has held executive
positions at Rhapsody Networks, McDATA, EMC, HP and IBM.
