PHILADELPHIA -- July 1, 2013

Revitas today announced that Allergan, Inc. has fully migrated to the
Revitas^® Flex^® strategic platform, consolidating its contract, pricing, and
compliance management processes. Allergan, a multi-specialty healthcare
company, adopted Revitas Enterprise Revenue Dynamics (ERD) solutions to manage
its customer, trading partner, and product data on a single, automated
platform for optimized performance across its business functions. Already live
on the Revitas CARS^® and Validata solutions, Allergan implemented the
Revitas^® Contract Manager, Revitas Government Pricing, and Revitas Medicaid
Rebates solutions, further strengthening its contract performance, reducing
margin erosion, and solidifying its compliance.

Allergan required an automated, central contract repository that would provide
a single point for customer, trading partner, and product data, allowing the
organization to more easily author and store contracts. With the Revitas
Contract Manager application, Allergan can drive the entire contract lifecycle
for its managed care, institutional, Medicaid, and Medicare agreements, from
offer development and approvals through milestone management. Revitas’s
Contract Manager solution is integrated with the Revitas CARS solution,
enabling Allergan to gain clearer insight into contract performance. In
addition, the Revitas Government Pricing application enables Allergan to
automatically and accurately calculate complex price types for participation
in government programs, and facilitates the ongoing and future compliance
requirements found in the evolving regulatory landscape of pharmaceutical
manufacturing.

“As competition among pharmaceutical companies increases, there’s a growing
need to seamlessly integrate business processes, systems, and data, especially
where revenue protection and compliance are concerned,” said Al Smith,
President and Chief Operating Officer at Revitas. “Allergan’s use of the
Revitas Flex platform will leverage that integrated approach to ensure
accurate financial processing and rock-solid compliance.”

Through its broad-suite adoption of the Revitas Flex platform, Allergan will
capitalize on core interfaces, analytical tools, and master data across all
its ERD applications. To find out more about the benefits of ERD solutions and
