  Citi Announces Appointment of Gordon Kroft to Head of Americas

NEW YORK -- June 27, 2013

Citi today announced that Gordon (Gordie) Kroft will join the company as Head
of its Telecommunications practice in the Americas. In this newly created
role, Gordon will oversee coverage for several important sectors, including
wireline and wireless service providers, data center and tower infrastructure
companies, and directories and satellite service providers in the Americas.

In driving this effort, Gordon will work closely with Citi’s Canadian and
Latin American groups, as well as with Eric Medow, Citi’s Global Head of
Telecommunications. Gordon will officially join Citi in September.

Over his 16-year career, Gordon has focused on the telecommunications
industry, advising some of the largest companies in the sector ona number of
definingM&A and financing transactions. Gordon began his career at Lehman
Brothers in 1997 and has been with Barclays since 2008.
