Cogeco Cable Reacts to CRTC's Decision on the Bell/Astral Deal 
MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/27/13 -- Cogeco Cable Inc.
(TSX:CCA) ("Cogeco") today responded with mixed disappointment to the
CRTC's decision to approve the application by Astral Media Inc.
("Astral") for authority to transfer its effective control, and
control of its licensed broadcasting subsidiaries, to BCE Inc.
("BCE") and to complete related corporate reorganizations.
