HOUSTON, TEXAS -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/13 -- Caza Oil & Gas, Inc.
("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX:CAZ)(AIM:CAZA) announces that,
following the exercise of employee options by a former employee,
400,000 common shares in the Company have been issued and allotted. 
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
400,000 common shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing
shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is
expected to become effective on July 1, 2013. 
Following admission, the Company will have 177,701,939 common shares
outstanding. The figure of 177,701,939 common shares may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
change their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
