Altamira Technologies Corporation, the result of a merger between Near
Infinity Corporation and Invertix Corporation, announced its new operations
team today. Altamira President and CEO Art Hurtado lauded the lineup, saying,
“Our elite team is full of experienced leaders from across the National
Security community and I could not be more confident in their ability to lead
this company through the next phase of our growth and maturity.”

A member of the Invertix senior management team since the winter of 2011,
Deborah Beckworth was recently promoted to Senior Vice President as she
assumes responsibility of the company’s largest of four business units. A
retired U.S. Army Colonel, she brings over 30 years of combined military
intelligence and corporate experience to the company having served in command
and staff positions on the national and international stage. Since retiring
from the military in 2006, Ms. Beckworth has served in senior roles with both
small and large companies, all in the defense sector.

Mark Greer joined Altamira in May 2013 as a Senior Vice President and business
unit manager. After a distinguished career in the United States Navy which saw
Mr. Greer retire with a rank of Captain, Mr. Greer served as both Acting Chief
Information Officer and as Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Defense
Intelligence Agency (DIA). His responsibilities included operational oversight
of all information technology and related management programs at DIA and
within the DoD Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) community.

Peter Kane serves Altamira as Vice President and business unit manager of
Altamira’s intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) portfolio. He
has a broad technical background engaged in the full life cycle development of
national level programs from basic research through operations and
sustainment. He has lead teams through the development and integration of
space and ground systems enabling first-of-kind capabilities in communications
and remote sensing. Most notably, Mr. Kane will lead the company’s business in
its new Dayton, OH office.

Mike Bergeron retired this past April from public service after serving for 27
years in a number of leadership capacities, including multiple overseas
assignments, within the Intelligence Community. During his government career
he initiated and developed a new cadre of officers to provide overseas
support, reduced cost and eliminated duplication by creating and implementing
a five year IT acquisition strategy. He is widely regarded in his former
agency as a pioneer in the application of "Alpha Contracting" which resulted
in the dramatic acceleration of contracting timelines. He is a PMI certified
Project Management Professional and will lead the fourth business unit located
at Altamira’s Reston, VA office location.

Altamira also welcomes two new Vice Presidents to lead the Human Resources and
Finance functions, respectively. Mr. Ray Khuo now serves as the Vice President
of Human Resources after joining the company in March of this year. Mr. Khuo
is an experienced business leader who has amassed 20 years of accomplishments
in Human Resources management and operations for both the commercial and
federal contracting sectors. Immediately prior to joining Altamira, he was the
Director of Human Resources - Intel, Civilian, and Cyber Solutions for QinetiQ
North America with annual revenues exceeding $250 million.

Gary Kedda will provide leadership to Altamira as the Vice President of
Finance and Administration. Mr. Kedda joined Altamira as a result of the
merger where he previously served as Near Infinity’s CFO and COO. In that
role, he managed day-to-day operations, human resources, contracts, cash
management, financial reporting and budgeting, forecasting, and strategic
planning. He has over 24 years of experience in accounting and finance in both
the public and private sectors.
