(NYSE:CNK) announced today that through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cinemark USA, Inc. (the "Company"), the Company completed the early redemption of 100% of its $470 Million of 8.625% Senior Notes due 2019. The Company used the net proceeds from its sale of $530 Million of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2023, which closed May 24, 2013, together with cash on hand, to finance the early redemption and related premium of its $470 Million of 8.625% Senior Notes due 2019 for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $526.6 Million.
