combination of electricity price and customer service to meet their needs.
Under Ohio state law, customers are free to switch to a competitive
electricity supplier with no impact on their utility service reliability.
Consumers who choose to buy electricity through Constellation will experience
exceptional customer service. They will see the new Constellation commodity
price in the kilowatt-hour (kWh) rate for electric generation service listed
on their monthly utility bill. Duke Energy will continue to handle all
billing, and will continue to respond to all service inquiries, including
