DTZ continues to grow GCS Americas aggressively, adding new talent to serve
existing and potential customers. The addition of four experienced executives
strengthens DTZ's GCS team as the company intensifies its focus on the West
Coast as an important growth center for the firm. The firm's corporate clients
increasingly rely on GCS to provide a full spectrum of strategic support, as
they negotiate evolving market trends and rapid changes in the business
environment.

"We are pleased to welcome Mr. Sharma, who specializes in providing globally
integrated account management support to GCS's growing roster of technology
clients in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area, and Ms. Cardone, who will be
responsible for building and overseeing DTZ's specialist workplace strategy
team in the western region," said Global Corporate Services President Nick
Westley.

Ms. Cardone's team creates strategic plans to optimize space utilization and
create dynamic, flexible workplace environments and "future-ready" buildings
and portfolios. DTZ's Workplace Strategy services have important synergies
with DTZ's portfolio strategy, project management, brokerage, and facilities
management service offerings.

GCS Americas' clients benefit from the close collaboration among its
integrated corporate services teams. "With demand growing for our project
management expertise in Southern California under Lisa Marquis's Leadership,
Ms. Guerrero and Mr. Eskigian will be a key component of the expansion of the
GCS project management service line, which advises our clients in construction
management, relocation and move management, and energy and sustainability
strategies," said Rob Cookson, head of GCS Americas. "Ms. Guerrero's and Mr.
Eskigian's expertise in project management strengthens DTZ's role as a
strategic partner to clients who require seamlessly integrated, coordinated
management and execution of their real estate solutions," he added.

Mr. Sharma, former Director, Global Real Estate and Facilities Management at
Johnson Controls Inc., has more than 25 years' corporate real estate and
facilities management experience, during which time he has specialized in
working with clients to strategically integrate a complete range of CRE
services in the USA and worldwide.

Ms. Cardone, a LEED-accredited consultant and former vice president, team
leader, senior consultant and program manager at HOK, Inc., brings 20 years of
experience specializing in strategic planning, project management, marketing
and business development. Earlier in her career, she served as associate and
strategic facility planner for M Moser Associates, Hong Kong.

A leader of project management services on multiple large accounts at Jones
Lang LaSalle for 17 years, Ms. Guerrero's experience will be a key contributor
to GCS's implementation and incremental growth objectives in the important
Southern California region.

Mr. Eskigian brings to DTZ more than 20 years of broad experience in landlord
and tenant construction management that positions him well to facilitate
business development, collaboration and implementation for GCS clients to
support the delivery of superior project management services.
