Agilent Technologies Announces Offering of Senior Notes
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- June 18, 2013
Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it is offering, subject to
market and other conditions, a series of senior notes.
Agilent intends to use the proceeds from the offeringto repay its outstanding
Senior Notes due July 15, 2013, and for general corporate purposes, including
payment of costs associated with its previously announced targeted
restructuring program and to repurchase outstanding shares of its common stock
pursuant to its existing stock repurchase program.
