Universal Display Corporation to Webcast Annual Shareholders Meeting
EWING, N.J. -- June 17, 2013
Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: PANL), enabling energy-efficient
displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED^® technology and materials,
today announced that it will webcast its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
beginning at approximately 4:15 p.m. Eastern time (1:15 p.m. Pacific time) on
Thursday, June 20, 2013. The annual meeting is being held at the Crowne Plaza
Philadelphia West, located at 4010 City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
The audio portion of the presentation will be simultaneously broadcast live
over the Internet. Participants can access the webcast on the “events” portion
of Universal Display’s web site at www.universaldisplay.com. An online archive
of the webcast will be available within two hours of the conclusion of the
meeting and will remain available through Thursday, July 4, 2013.
