NEW YORK, June 12, 2013 /CNW/ - IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX:IMX) today announced that each of the four nominees proposed as directors and listed in its proxy circular dated April 24, 2013, were elected as directors at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2013.
