sector, enters into an agreement with Aurelio Valdes, M.D. to head up
their medical department and train physicians on The Biostem
Method(TM) of stem cell hair re-growth treatments. 
Dr. Valdes will use his Florida office as the national training
center for future Biostem U.S. affiliates.

procedures.
