Data Select, the global provider of the CLCS software for commercial real
estate banking, construction loan control and permanent loan servicing, now
provides its technology to Houston-based Amegy Mortgage Company, a member of
Zions Bancorporation since 2005.

CLCS services Amegy Mortgage’s construction loan portfolio, including one-time
close construction and lot loans, to eliminate manual processes and greatly
reduce risk associated with these loans. Six Zions Bancorporation member
institutions already standardize their construction & commercial real estate
lending administration using CLCS, including Amegy Bank of Texas, Zions First
National Bank, California Bank & Trust, National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State
Bank and Vectra Bank. The software enforces compliant practices, enabling the
bank to continually meet new and/or changing regulatory requirements.

“For many years CLCS has been a vital component to Zions Bancorporation’s
construction lending operations,” said Denver Green, vice president of
commercial and construction loan systems for Zions Bancorporation, a $55.5
billion holding company. “We are pleased to add another member institution to
the system. The efficiency gains afforded by CLCS will ensure Amegy Mortgage
can optimize its commercial and construction lending processes and deliver the
best possible customer service.”

Amegy Mortgage Company originates and services single family residential and
construction loans as well as commercial and multifamily real estate loans.
Established in 1972, the company currently has a servicing portfolio of more
than $1.65 billion.

“Amegy Mortgage Company is one of the nation’s financial institutions leading
the housing market’s positive momentum and turnaround,” said Phil Freeman,
founder and CEO of Data Select. “Data Select is committed to helping banks
across the U.S. apply the right technology to advance their residential,
commercial and construction lending, translating to improved business and
stronger economies.”

CLCS helps banks handle up to three times the number of loans at any given
time, significantly increasing their revenue opportunities. The software’s
robust foundation is fail-safe and continuously updated to help users achieve
their business objectives and maintain regulatory compliance.
