Schneider Electric Announces Keynotes for Dallas Xperience Efficiency Event
Former Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins
and Former Dallas Cowboys Star Quarterback Roger Staubach Highlight
Keynote Addresses at Dallas Edition of Global Event Series

global specialist in energy management, today announced the schedule
of keynote addresses to be delivered at its Dallas Xperience
Efficiency event, June 18, 19 and 20. Xperience Efficiency 2013 is a
global event series that will highlight solutions to today's energy,
efficiency and sustainability challenges. The series started in
Washington, D.C. this month and travels to cities around the world,
including Dallas, throughout this year. Schneider Electric
executives, customers and industry thought leaders will be brought
together during the event series to share knowledge on how to solve
today's energy and sustainability challenges.
The world-class keynote addresses will share a vision for the future
of efficiency in the context of global forces driving change in our
society, including economic and government rebalancing; urbanization;
digitization; and sustainable resources. Keynotes at the Dallas
Xperience Efficiency event include:
-- Kay Bailey Hutchison, former United States Senator from Texas, served
1993-2013. A member of the Republican Party and the first woman to
represent Texas in the U.S. Senate. Forbes Magazine named Kay one of
the 100 Most Powerful Women.
-- Roger Staubach, Executive Chairman of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas and
former Dallas Cowboys quarterback. After leading the Cowboys to
victories in Super Bowl VI and Super Bowl XII, Roger founded The
Staubach Company, a multi-billion dollar real estate company. In July
2008, The Staubach Company merged with Jones Lang LaSalle, bringing
together the unique strengths of two powerful organizations into one
integrated global company.
-- Roberta Gamble, Vice President and Partner, Energy & Environment,
Frost & Sullivan, works closely with major energy-related
companies -- including equipment manufacturers, service providers, and
utilities -- to direct energy research.
-- Andrew M. Harris, Vice President for Finance and Administration and
Charles Jackson, Assistant Vice President for Facilities at University
of North Texas. Andrew provides stewardship over the University's
annual budget, advises the president about financial issues and
deliver support services to enhance the education and research mission
of UNT. Charles is responsible for planning, renovation, maintenance,
and repair of university buildings and facilities, as well as the
provision of utilities, vehicle rental, refuse collection, custodial
and other services for UNT.
-- Scott Hinson, Lab Director at Pecan Street Inc., leads the development
of the Pike Powers Laboratory and Center for Commercialization for
Pecan Street Inc., a leading smart grid and consumer energy research
organization based in Austin, Texas.
-- Judge Clay Jenkins was elected as the Dallas County Judge in November
2010 and took office in January 2011. He is involved in county
infrastructure improvement projects such as the development of the
International Inland Port in Southern Dallas County.
-- Mark Kenneday, President for the American Society for Healthcare
Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association, has 28 years
of experience in health facilities management and is currently Vice
Chancellor of Campus Operations at University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences, a 4-million-square-foot campus aimed at providing health
services, education and research.
