HSINCHU, Taiwan, June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES
(Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company'') (NASDAQ: IMOS) today reported its
unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of May 2013.

Revenue for the month of May 2013 was NT$1,646.6 million or US$55.0 million,
an increase of 4.6% from the month of April 2013 and an increase of 1.7% from
the same period in 2012. All U.S. figures in this release are based on the
exchange rate of NT$29.93 to US$1.00 as of May 31, 2013.
