Jingdong Announces Strategic Partnership Agreement with Casio

reached a strategic partnership agreement with subsidiaries of Casio Computer
Co., Ltd. ("Casio") to offer all major categories of Casio products, including
cameras, watches and other products, on Jingdong's platform.

sales of Casio products on Jingdong's platform started out at around RMB 1

expected to continue increasing under the new partnership agreement. The
