Mood Media and Universal Music Group Announce Multi-Year Agreement 
TORONTO, June 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Mood Media Corporation (ISIN: CA61534J1057) (TSX:

entered into a multi-year agreement that will enable the companies to develop
new music offerings across the range of Mood's music services and for Mood
Media to provide UMG's artists with marketing and promotional support on Mood's
industry-leading entertainment platforms.

Music Latino, Verve Music Group and Virgin Records.  The agreement also
supports the creation of new music solutions across the full portfolio of Mood
services such as integrated in-store events and new music channels.
