Investment AB Kinnevik ("Kinnevik") today announced that it has been informed
that one of its Board members, Lorenzo Grabau, has acquired 995,000 shares in
Kinnevik, comprising 141,909 Kinnevik class B shares acquired on the open
market, as well as 853,091 Kinnevik class A shares acquired from Verdere Sàrl.
