NEW YORK & LONDON -- May 29, 2013

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Limited, a boutique investment bank and broker-dealer
that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned
subsidiary of KBW LLC, today announced the appointment of Domenico Santoro to
its European Research Team where he will be responsible for Italian bank
coverage. Mr. Santoro will be based in London and report directly to Vasco
Moreno, CEO and Director of European Research, KBW Limited.

Mr. Santoro comes to Keefe, Bruyette & Woods with more than 13 years of equity
research experience, most recently at Nomura where he was responsible for
covering Italian and Austrian banks, KBC and ING. Prior to that, he was a
research analyst at firms such as Exane BNP, Banca Akros and Chevreux.

“Domenico comes to KBW as one of the most highly rated Italian bank analysts
in the market and will certainly be a valuable member of our team,” said Mr.
