As summertime approaches, Joe’s Crab Shack introduces new offerings that
deliver a taste of the Southern seaside with dishes, available through Aug.
26, that combine a splash of fun with the highest quality seafood available.

The Southern Summer menu includes a variety of entrees that give guests the
best of both worlds – great seafood and great beer – including the new Corona®
Beach Bake and Coastal Wave Steampot. Other items include new starters, drinks
and desserts.

“On one of our recent trips to the Gulf Coast, we stopped at seafood shacks
and noticed a great idea – beer in the crab boil,” said Vice President of
Marketing Janet Gieselman. “We knew our guests would love it, and Corona is a
natural fit for Joe’s – both brands were born on the beach.”

New entrees, served “Shack Style” with a kick of Corona, include:

  *Corona Beach Bake: Lobster, clams, sausage, shrimp, fresh corn and
    potatoes steamed with a Corona chile-lime bath
  *Coastal Wave Steampot: Dungeness crab, snow crab, sausage and shrimp with
    corn and potatoes, finished with a Corona chile-lime bath

Other new dishes include the Southern Coastal Catch featuring grilled
mahi-mahi, chile-lime shrimp and a made-from-scratch crab cake,  and Southern
Citrus Campechana, Joe’s version of the classic Mexican seafood cocktail with
shrimp and crabmeat.

Guests can also enjoy new Tiki Cocktails like the Sailor’s Mai Tai, the
Hawaiian Margarita and the Rum Barrel Long Island Tea. For just $2, guests can
keep the perfect-for-summer tiki glass.

Joe’s Crab Shack will feature the new menu items at all of its 130+ locations.
