The Relationship Era of Marketing Takes Center Stage at Responsys Interact 2013 
Eleventh Annual Conference Challenges, Inspires and Energizes Global
Marketers to Move Marketing Forward in the Relationship Era

company, kicks off Responsys Interact 2013, its annual conference
that brings together more than 1,000 attendees with the shared
initiative of moving the marketing industry forward. Featuring
presentations and keynotes from inspirational speakers and some of
the most respected brands in the world, Responsys Interact 2013
begins today and runs through May 23 at the San Francisco Marriott
Marquis.

Centered around the relationship era of marketing, the three-day
conference features keynote presentations from some of the most
respected names in digital marketing, including: Toby Fallsgraff,
Email Director for Obama for America 2012; Bob Garfield, author of
Can't Buy Me Like and co-host of NPR's On the Media; Rob Brosnan,
Senior Analyst at Forrester Research; Augie Ray, former Forrester
Research analyst and thought leader on digital and social media
strategies; and a panel discussion on the "Shared Economy" featuring
Airbnb, TaskRabbit and Zipcar, to be moderated by Tomio Geron from
Forbes Magazine. Responsys customers, including MetLife, National

--  Inspirational Stories: Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger, III, the US
    Airways pilot who successfully landed Flight 1549 on the Hudson River
    in 2009, will inspire attendees with his message of taking action in
    the face of crisis, and Bert Jacobs, co-founder and Chief Executive
    Optimist of the Life is good(R) Company, will share how optimism,
    positivity and a passion for doing good can build a successful brand.
    
    
--  Opportunities to Give Back: At Interact 2012, Responsys kicked off its
    partnership with charity: water and to date has raised roughly
    $100,000 for the non-profit organization bringing clean, safe drinking
    water to people in developing nations. At Interact 2013, Paull Young,
    Director of Digital at charity: water, will provide an update on the
    projects Responsys has funded and attendees will have opportunities to
    contribute to charity: water, as well as other charitable causes.
    
    
--  A Rocking Good Time: Attendees will network with the world's best
    digital marketers and get a front row seat to a private concert with
    Michael Franti, the musician that's "known for mixing rock, rap,
