has been re-appraised as operating at the Capability Maturity Model
Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 for ICF Software Development Projects –
revalidating the company’s continued commitment to employing industry best
practices. This appraisal was performed by an industry high-maturity Lead
Appraiser from Process Strategies, Inc., revalidating ICF’s continued
commitment to employing industry best practices. This appraisal also included
the assessment of ICF’s Supplier Agreement Management process, which
demonstrates that ICF’s subcontractor management processes are compliant with
industry best-practice standards.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the
essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their
performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates ICF is performing at a
“defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and
understood, and are documented in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
ICF’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is
established and improved over time.
