(CDI) (Nasdaq:CHDN) announced today that CDI's Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer, William E. Mudd along with CDI's Vice President of
Finance and Treasurer, Mike Anderson, will participate in Wells Fargo
Securities Research and Economics 2013 Gaming and Hospitality Conference in
Las Vegas, Nev., May 20 and 21, 2013.

Mudd and Anderson will participate in group sessions and one-on-one meetings.
