Treliant Risk Advisors continues to broaden client services capacity in its
regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, and information security
practices, adding four professionals with financial services experience and
regulatory expertise.

Joining Treliant are the following:

Mary G. Barnes, Senior Director, has over 30 years of management and
consulting experience focused on regulatory compliance and risk management in
the financial services industry. A former partner in the global consulting
firm KPMG and former process reengineering executive at Bank of America, she
has worked for or advised most of America’s largest financial services
organizations.

Howard A. Eisenhardt, Deputy Director and General Counsel, has over 25 years
of experience working in and representing financial institutions, both as
in-house and outside counsel.A certified anti-money laundering specialist, he
has devoted a significant amount of his practice to advising clients on
related regulations and compliance.Prior to joining Treliant, he advised a
range of financial services clients on many consumer financial services
issues, including regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.He
earlier served as the Director of Privacy at Key Bank, NA and Chief Privacy
Officer, Chief Corporate Counsel, and Director of Legal Operations at Charter
One Bank, NA.

Lori J. Flickinger, Manager, is a financial services industry professional
with a business and technology background in information security, process
improvement and operational risk – focused especially on global third party
risk management and business continuity. She has joined Treliant from KeyCorp,
where she was program lead on third party security, and she began her career
in information technology consulting at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Cameron White, Manager, is an experienced risk management professional who has
worked with a range of clients to assess, develop, and implement controls to
facilitate compliance in critical operational areas, including data and cyber
security, program assessment, compliance, information assurance and standards
auditing, and measures and metrics program development. She was formerly a
manager with Booz Allen Hamilton.
