MAXIMUS, a leading provider of government services worldwide, announced today
that its Tax Credit and Employer Services business will be hosting a webinar
titled, “The New I-9 Form: An Official Review with U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS).” The webinar will be held on Thursday, May 23,
2013 at 11:00 a.m. EDT and is pending certification by the HR Certification
Institute for 1.5 general credit hours.

The free, 90-minute webinar is a continuation of compliance best practice
events hosted by MAXIMUS Tax Credit and Employer Services. These events bring
together HR executives, managers and recruiters to keep them informed about
updates to the Form I-9, which include new fields, new formatting to reduce
errors, and simplified instructions for both employees and employers. The new
Form I-9 took effect on March 8, 2013 and all employers are required to use it
as of May 7, 2013.

Webinar attendees will learn about the changes on Form I-9 and how it impacts
their onboarding procedures, the latest best practices to ensure a compliant
workforce, and common I-9 errors that can easily be avoided. Attendees will
further have the opportunity to direct questions to expert panelists, Jennifer
Nelson and Janelle Herres, both management and program analysts with U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)/U.S. Department of Homeland
Security.

“We are privileged to have our special guests, Ms. Nelson and Ms. Herres,
share their expertise during this webinar, giving employers the knowledge they
need to understand the important changes to Form I-9 and maintain hiring
compliance,” said Mark S. Andrekovich, President of MAXIMUS Tax Credit and
