The Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Sandstorm Gold Ltd.
was held today, May 10 in Vancouver, British Columbia at which 38.5%
of the issued shares were represented. Shareholders voted in favour
of all resolutions presented, including the re-election of all
director nominees, namely Nolan Watson, David Awram, David De Witt,
Andrew Swarthout and John Budreski.
