MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- May 9, 2013

InvisibleCRM, a leading provider of enterprise integrations for Outlook, Lotus
Notes, and mobility, today announced it has entered into an OEM agreement with
SAP AG. The companies plan to cooperate on the development of enhancements
specifically tailored for sales people using the SAP® Customer Relationship
Management (SAP CRM) application. InvisibleCRM’s productivity tools,
integrated with SAP CRM, are expected to help increase ease-of-use and
productivity on the go for mobile sales professionals.

“This cooperation with SAP is a key part of our ongoing strategy to help bring
personal usability to a wide variety of existing enterprise assets, which
companies have invested heavily in over the years,” said Dwight DePalmer,
president, InvisibleCRM. “It is an exciting direction for us to work towards
taking enterprise mobility applications to the next level with the convergence
of desktop software such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes on laptops, with
the same information on mobile devices like the iPad, especially as it expands
well beyond the CRM market.”

InvisibleCRM and SAP plan to enhance the SAP CRM user experience by making the
application accessible from solutions including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus
Notes, be it through traditional devices such as PCs and laptops or via mobile
devices including iPhone and Android phones and tablets. Many activities such
as accessing and updating calendar and task applications can be cumbersome to
maintain across systems and drain productivity due to dual entry and
copy-and-paste efforts. Once integration is complete, it is expected that such
tasks may take only seconds to document in SAP CRM from native productivity
applications.

Likewise, the power of team collaboration and anticipated visibility into
customer payment status and history information, combined with an expected
understanding of internal employee skills and availability, is planned to be
available instantly for sales personnel as they communicate with end
customers.

“SAP is committed to helping companies of all sizes and industries to run
better,” said Dr. Tim Bolte, chief product owner and senior vice president,
SAP CRM. “Through this agreement with InvisibleCRM, we plan to provide greater
functionality and ease-of-use to sales professionals on the go using SAP CRM.
We believe InvisibleCRM’s technologies can complement SAP’s innovative
technologies, including our advanced mobile technologies and the SAP HANA®
platform, which we expect will deliver added value to customers.”

“InvisibleCRM has invested heavily in building a world-class team of in-house
experts, focused on personal usability and tangible results,” said Vlad
Voskresensky, CEO, InvisibleCRM. “The result is continual collaboration with
the largest and most advanced enterprise software companies that license our
technology to simultaneously help increase user adoption and data relevance.
This new relationship with SAP is the most comprehensive to date for
InvisibleCRM. Through it, we expect to expand cooperation well beyond CRM
solutions, addressing mobile usability in new and innovative ways.”
