Eisai USA Foundation to Donate $1 Million to the Conquer Cancer Foundation of
the American Society of Clinical Oncology

WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J., May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Eisai USA Foundation Inc.,
the charitable arm of Eisai Inc., announces that it has pledged a $1 million
donation to the Conquer Cancer Foundation of the American Society of Clinical
Oncology (ASCO). The donation, which is being disbursed in four yearly
installments of $250,000, will support the Conquer Cancer Foundation Mission
Endowment, which was established to provide a long-term base of support to
advance the Foundation's critical mission to improve the care and treatment of
people living with cancer. The Mission Endowment focuses on funding research,
professional education, patient education and information, international
programs and initiatives that aim to improve access to and quality of care.
