Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture exhibitor

announces that the Twentieth Century Fox epic Cleopatra will return to the big
screen to commemorate its 50^th anniversary. Tickets are on sale now online
and at 75 participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theatres for
the May 22 triumphant return of this cinematic treasure.

“The queen of the Egyptian Empire has never looked this good,” stated Ted
Cooper, Senior Vice President of Film for Regal Entertainment Group. “Fox has
meticulously restored Cleopatra with a stunningly vivid picture and
breathtaking sound to bring this cinema classic back to theatres like never
before.”

Twentieth Century Fox has meticulously restored the 243-minute original
theatrical version of Cleopatra to commemorate the film’s 50th anniversary.
The new digitally restored transfer will receive a world premiere as an
official selection of Cannes Classics at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival on May
21.

Regal will present Cleopatra at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for one day only on

On May 28, Cleopatra will make its Blu-ray debut in a 2-Disc 50th Anniversary

never-before-seen exclusive content including Cleopatra’s lost footage,
