Eyelit Inc. Announces Impressive First Quarter Results for its Award-winning
  Manufacturing Execution (MES) Software

Innovative new software and expansion spark over 30% year-over-year revenue
growth for the first quarter of 2013

TORONTO -- May 07, 2013

Eyelit Inc., a manufacturing software provider for visibility, control, and
coordination of manufacturing operations for the aerospace & defense, discrete
electronics, semiconductor, and photovoltaic (solar) industries, announced
today its continued rapid growth throughout the first quarter of 2013.

Business Results

Eyelit continued its growth in the first quarter of 2013 by increasing
revenues by more than 30% in comparison to the first quarter of 2012. First
quarter revenues increased in each of Eyelit’s key business areas of software
licenses, professional services, and customer support. The growth in services
year over year for the first quarter was especially notable since services
revenue in the first half of 2012 had tripled year over year. “We have been
executing more concurrent and larger projects than ever before,” stated Dan
Estrada, Eyelit’s Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. “Combined with the
expansion of our product portfolio during the past year and again this year,
we have increased the number and magnitude of opportunities to help our
customers implement our state-of-the-art solutions.”

Fast implementations and multiple industries

Once again, Eyelit has proven its ability to support MES implementations in
very short timeframes for large and small companies, and in a variety of
industries, including semiconductor, MEMS, and micro display. One of the
projects was started and completed in merely 10 weeks during the first
quarter. That deployment also highlighted the flexibility of the system to
support hybrid high-tech manufacturing, which combines front-end wafer fab,
back-end semiconductor packaging, and test operations along with
virtual-imaging technologies. A Fortune 500 company in the aerospace and
defense industry that is replacing a legacy Workstream MES from Applied
Materials also went live in production during the quarter, highlighting the
ease of migration from old systems. A range of projects during the first
quarter also span from semiconductor foundry, micro display, MEMS, outsourced
semiconductor, to solar, as well as companies specializing in hardware design
and R&D of microelectronics.

Product Updates

After releasing its new Eyelit Automated Data Services™ and Eyelit Mobile Web
Portal™ modules, as well as version 5.0 of the Eyelit product suite in 2012,
the company is announcing two more new modules this quarter. Eyelit
Dispatching™ and Eyelit Special Processing™ will be available for general
release along with other enhancements in Eyelit MES version 5.1 this year.
Customers will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of Eyelit’s
new and enhanced products directly from their peers at the 2013 User
